Web design Bath · In the city this winter

Web design in Bath, over a coffee, not a Zoom call.

I'm working in Bath through the winter, building fast, SEO-ready websites for hotels, clinics, independents and professional firms across the city. You deal with the person doing the work, face to face.

Here in person

Not an agency in London. Someone here in Bath.

I'm based in Bath through the winter and over Christmas, so meeting up is easy.

We can sit down in a café in town, look at your current website together and talk honestly about what's working and what isn't. No sales team, no account manager, no pitch deck. Just the person who'll design, build and look after your site, and a clear plan you can take away whether you work with me or not.

You'll leave with a clear plan, whether you work with me or not.

Questions

Web design in Bath, answered.

Are you actually based in Bath?

I'm working from Bath through the winter, until the end of February 2027, so I'm genuinely here to meet. Swanky Pixels has a studio address in Oxford, and I work with businesses across the south of England.

What happens when you leave Bath?

Nothing changes for you. Your website, domain and content are yours, and I support clients by phone, email and video call wherever I'm working. Plenty of my clients are hours away and rarely need to meet in person once the site is live.

What does a website cost for a Bath business?

Starter websites begin at £900, and most service business websites come in at around £1,500. Every project has a fixed quote agreed before work begins, so you know the full cost up front.

Can a small business really rank in Bath against the big names?

Yes, if you're specific. Rather than chasing broad searches, I focus on what your customers actually type, like a treatment, a type of room or a service near a particular area. I combine that with a well-set-up Google Business Profile, genuine reviews and fast, clear pages.

We pay a lot of commission to booking sites. Can a new website help?

t can reduce it. Guests often find you on a booking platform and then look for your own website. If your site looks great, answers their questions and makes booking direct simple, more of them will book with you and you keep the commission.

What happens in the free coffee review?

We meet somewhere in town for about 45 minutes and go through your website together. I'll show you how it looks to customers and Google, what's stopping it bringing in enquiries, and the three changes I'd make first. There's no charge and no obligation. It's available until the end of February 2027.

Will my website show up when people ask AI tools for recommendations in Bath?

AI assistants recommend businesses they can easily understand: what you do, where you are and why people rate you. I build every site with clear service descriptions, FAQs, schema markup and consistent business details, so it's ready for AI search as well as Google.

Fancy a coffee and a chat about your website?

I'm in Bath until the end of February 2027. Book your free, no-obligation website review and I'll show you what I'd change first.
